The Chief Operating Officer provides leadership and oversight for all direct client programs and related data tracking and reporting, as well as general building operations, including matters related to safety, security, and technology.

The Chief Advancement Officer provides leadership and oversight for fund development (including corporate, foundation, and individual giving, as well as all fundraising events), community relations and marketing, and volunteer programs.

The Chief Financial Officer provides the financial controls, reporting, and transparency that allows the Center to continue to build on its already strong fiscal foundation, in addition to overseeing the organization’s human resources, including payroll, benefits, and onboarding.
